Any other transfer of personal information to third parties, across provincial boundaries or outside Canada will be carried out in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.

Data Retention

Personal information associated with an inquiry that does not result in a transaction with us is retained for 36 months, during which time a referral to a qualified partner may remain possible in accordance with the “Data Transfers” section. This period reflects the typical decision-making cycle for projects in our industry. After this period, the information is deleted from our systems unless otherwise required by law.
